07/17/2003Will Disney (5): a good one. nice work, disney!
04/5/2005John Slocum: I have to disagree with you on Disney here, Disney. Disney on Disney is wrong.
04/5/2005Mr. Pony (4): And I will disagree with you, Slocum. I find the idiocy of this one to be quite charming. See how Disney transcends the simple "stupid narrator" tradition and voyages into the relatively unexplored "stupid author" territory? You see?
04/5/2005Ewan Snow: "My wife’s name is Veronica" was always my favorite joke in this one. This is one of those shorts I sort of like even though I don't really like it very much.
04/5/2005John Slocum: Actually Mr. Pony, you didn't disagree with me. You see, when I was disagreeing with Disney on Disney, I was disagreeing with his assessment of this being a 5 star short. Thinking back on all the Disney shorts I gave 5 stars to, I don't think this one measures up. Remember this one? Or this one? Or many others?
So having disagreed with Disney's assessment of this a 5 star short the only way you could disagree with me is to rate it 5 stars. But having rated it 4 stars, there's a possiblity you agreed with me if I, in the future, give it 4 stars. Or disagreed with me if I, in the future, give it, say, a 3. The point is, you don't know if we've agreed or not!! Okay?
04/5/2005Mr. Pony: I just don't get why you hate Disney so much, Slocum. He's a pretty decent writer, I think.
04/5/2005John Slocum: "pretty decent"? How can you damn Disney with such faint praise? Man, you must really despise Disney's writing AND his personality.
04/5/2005Will Disney: I know I do!
04/5/2005Will Disney: Just wait until you guys see this HOT new tournament technology I'm working on. Really hot. Also shouldn't crash the site quite as much.
04/5/2005TheBuyer: When do we get to play, before the 15th of April?
04/5/2005Will Disney: shooting for next week but depends on when the technology "matures"
